Web Warriors (WW) and Smart Online, Safe Offline (SOSO) are campaign initiatives &
educational programs launched, owned and managed by the National Association for
Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (NAPCAN). Both Web Warriors and SOSO are bound
by NAPCAN’S Privacy Policy.

This privacy statement endeavours to demonstrate our strong commitment to the National
Privacy Principles that represent world best practice in privacy protection.

SOSO & WW are committed to providing fun, entertaining and safe websites for people of all
ages. Our audience should feel comfortable exploring the content offered on the sites and
because our site users are primarily children, we take care that the content of the sites is
suitable for children and that we take appropriate measures to help children protect their
privacy online.

This Privacy Policy outlines and clarifies how we collect and use information online, and the
safeguards we recommend to ensure a fun and safe web experience.

Information Automatically Logged
We use your IP address to gather broad demographic information, and only for the purpose
of seeing where our traffic comes from. This allows us to report back to our corporate
sponsors how successful our site is in terms of campaign traffic and ensuring children have
the right resources to go to.
